Woke up at 6:15 AM and Frank was sick. I took care of him and called Janet to tell her I couldn't go to the senior center. Trudy came early and she was a big help.
Frank felt better today. Trudy stayed the night and tonight too. She has been cooking and cleaning for us and has been a big help.
PT really worked me out today or the pain meds weren't in my body soon enough. I felt the work out just about all day. I've gone 5 hours before taking another pill and I'm glad but I still need them.
Mary Kate and possibly Nate will be coming up tomorrow in the evening. They will be here until Sunday, I believe.
